Create delivered the seminars and practical sessions on merchandising, store layout & window concepts in this programme. The programme was delivered through one-to-one mentoring, seminars and practical training in store. This programme was the catalyst that led to many retailers taking a fresh look at their business.

Long after the programme completed, retailers have continued to implement changes that have impacted positively on their sales. Some have begun, for the first time, to see the benefit of creative window displays, some have made substantial changes to their store layout and merchandising, while others have gone on to implement extensive refurbishment to their retail stores.

The programme as a whole was recognised by the Association of Town Centre Managers (ATCM) when it received an award.
