" Create Consultancy were appointed in March 2008 by Greater Shankill Partnership to deliver a Retail Impact Programme in the Greater Shankill area of Belfast. This was funded by Invest NI through Renewing Communities. This programme was a huge success with 19 local businesses engaging in the project with mentoring on merchandising, customer care and brand development. Both the visual and customer service improvement this has made to a main arterial route in Belfast has been outstanding,  and the local retailers have commented on the improvement in sales since partcipation"
