Retail Impact Programme

Retail Impact Programme, Shankill Rd, Belfast, Spring 2008

This programme was tailored to meet the needs of the retailers on the Shankill Rd in Belfast.  It majored on Corporate Identity, Merchandising & Display, Store Layout, and Window Concepts with an introduction to Customer Service and Marketing.

The programme consists of

One-to-one Mentoring
One-to-one mentoring has been designed so that we can assess each retailer in their own store and help them to identify areas that are in need of change and if required assist in the implementation of any changes.

Seminars

ImageThe seminars bring retailers together for an informal delivery of the basic fundamentals in merchandising, store layout and inspiring window concepts.  This also gives many retailers the opportunity to meet other retailers, which in turn can create new possibilities for joint initiatives.

Practical Training
As you would expect, practical training is very hands on and gives retailers the opportunity to work with consultants, making changes to the interior merchandising, store layout or window concepts.  This method can create immediate impact, especially with the creation of innovative window concepts.
